One row for each match, with columns for the little things he tells you. A second tab helps you check his story. It's free to download.

Opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers. No sign-up.

Three tabs. You fill in every cell.

The spreadsheet, or let Fond do it.

The spreadsheet

Free, and yours to keep.

  • You compare the dates to check his story.
  • You keep the file locked and private.

Fond

Your first match is free.

  • You share a chat screenshot.
  • Fond writes his note on your iPhone.
  • A red flag appears when his story changes.

Use it kindly.

Write down what he shares with you, after you chat.

Keep the file somewhere only you can open.

Leave out anything you'd feel odd about him seeing.

Is it weird to keep notes on dates?

Questions

Is the spreadsheet free?

Yes. It's free to download, with no sign-up and no email address.

Which apps open it?

Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers all open the Excel file. The CSV has the Your matches tab only.

Where is my information saved?

Wherever you save the file. If you open it in Google Sheets, it's stored in your Google account. Nothing you type is sent to Fond.

How is it different from the Fond app?

In the spreadsheet you type each detail yourself and compare the dates. The Fond app builds each note from your chat screenshots, on your iPhone, with green flags and red flags.

Or skip the typing.

Share a chat screenshot and Fond fills in his note. Your first match is free.
